Harmony At Home is raising the money needed to provide each school with a counselor 1 day per week.
Description of service:
- An on-site counselor 7 hours per day, 1 day per week
- 5 small counseling groups (4-5 students) per day for 10 weeks
- 3 ten week sessions per school year
- 60-75 children served during a school year, per school, that are experiencing behavioral challenges due to traumatic experiences
- 660-825 children receive counseling services in eleven elementary schools in the 2006-2007 school year
